Project Management
  • Project manager for document review and analysis projects for insurance industry clients, including selecting database software, designing user data entry templates/views, setting up uniform coding guidelines, development of review protocol, hiring and supervision of reviewers, quality control, client relations, client technical support, and production of final reports for the clients to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of liability estimates to clients
  • Performed quality control on the work of document reviewers and provided feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and analysis while meeting deadlines
  • Go-to person for assisting division partners with document review software issues to maximize efficiency of project protocols and queries
  • Co-managed a two-year asbestos-bodily injury claims exposure analysis project involving a review of over 9 million pages of documents to determine and analyze the detailed work history and exposure for over 15,000 claimants; based on this work our client, the insurer, settled for 25% of a potential $2 billion judgment
  • Performed primary work on multiple cases simultaneously, including successful creditor-side bankruptcy cases involving up to $6,000,000 in secured interests
  • Managed teams of employees to provide high-quality, on-time, and on-budget editing, proofreading, and production work to clients
  • Consistently met court deadlines to help ensure the best possible outcome for clients
  • Wrote reports summarizing methodology and findings to provide accurate estimates of client liability
